Dr. Satyajit Samal, a cardiac surgeon from KIMS Bhubaneswar, has received the prestigious '2026 Mussallem Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) Alliance Travel Grant' from the AATS Foundation in Chicago, USA. Recognized for his work in advanced heart transplantation, he is the first cardiothoracic surgeon from Odisha to receive this international honor.
