Batala Police arrested Jai Ninder Singh alias Jimmy for firing outside a restaurant in Deen Dayal Upadhyay Market. Based on CCTV footage, he was apprehended from the Harija Park area. Following the arrest, the police conducted a public parade of the accused at the crime scene to deter anti-social elements.
