Police in Bargarh district have arrested four individuals for attempting to murder a young man by throwing him into an abandoned well. The victim, Tulsiram Bhue, was rescued alive after four days in the well near Samaleipadar forest. The accused allegedly beat him severely and threw him into the well thinking he was dead.
