Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann flagged off 50 mobile documentary vans to celebrate the 650th birth anniversary of Guru Ravidas. These LED-equipped vans will visit 13,000 villages across 23 districts to showcase a 30-minute documentary on the Guru's life and teachings of equality and social justice.
