Adaba police in Gajapati district busted a major loan fraud racket and arrested the kingpin, K. Rabindra Reddy. The accused lured people with loans by mortgaging motorcycles, gold, and mobile phones but refused to return the items after repayment. Following a complaint, police raided his residence and seized 137 motorcycles, 127 mobile phones, cash worth ₹3,61,200, and various legal documents including RC books and stamp papers.
