The bodies of six Naga community members, who were kidnapped by armed groups from Lilon Vaiphei village in Manipur's Kangpokpi district on May 13, have been recovered. Chief Minister Y. Khemchand Singh condemned the brutal killings and stated that the government would not remain a silent spectator. A joint operation involving 450 personnel from the Police, CRPF, and Assam Rifles led to the discovery.
