A youth from Assam was beaten to death in Ramaraja Kandigai, Thiruvallur district, following an altercation with a woman. The youth reportedly had a dispute while asking for water at a house where the woman was alone. Angry relatives, including the woman's father, allegedly assaulted him, leading to his death. Police have arrested three persons and are investigating the case.
