The Vigilance Department conducted raids at four locations belonging to Vijay Mohanty, an engineer at the JADA division in Bhadrak, on charges of possessing disproportionate assets. During the raids in Bhadrak, Bhubaneswar, and Balasore, officials discovered seven valuable plots worth ₹1.73 crore, six multi-story buildings, and ₹20 lakh in cash.
