Odisha Vigilance arrested ASI Rajesh Kulu and a Home Guard driver of Mancheswar police station for accepting a bribe of 50,000 rupees. The money was demanded to return seized mobile phones and help in a criminal case. After receiving 30,000 rupees previously, they were caught red-handed while taking the remaining 20,000 rupees.
