An oil tanker named MT Marivex, carrying 24 Indian crew members, was attacked off the coast of Oman while heading towards Duqm port. The attack caused a fire on the vessel, but all Indian crew members are reported to be safe. The Indian Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, along with the Navy and MEA, are coordinating to ensure their safety.
