Vaibhav Suryavanshi has become the youngest Indian cricketer to make an international debut at the age of 15 years and 99 days. Playing against England in the second T20I at Manchester, he surpassed the long-standing records of Sachin Tendulkar and Shafali Verma. Suryavanshi was handed his debut cap by Tilak Varma. Coincidentally, his debut took place at Old Trafford, the same ground where Sachin Tendulkar scored his first international century back in 1990.
