A 54-year-old two-story building collapsed in Chandigarh's Industrial Area Phase-2, resulting in the deaths of two men from Meerut, Tarun Jain and Tarun Kaushish. Five others were rescued from the debris after a 5.5-hour operation involving the Army, NDRF, and local administration. The incident occurred around 4:20 PM on Saturday.
