The new policy increases credit limits per acre: wheat from ₹24,380 to ₹30,000 and paddy from ₹25,440 to ₹39,000. For the first time, ₹2,000 per acre is allocated for stubble management. Digital banking features like ATM and UPI access have been introduced.
