President Droupadi Murmu will confer Padma Awards to 66 distinguished individuals at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Actor Dharmendra and former Jharkhand CM Shibu Soren will be posthumously awarded the Padma Vibhushan. The first phase of the ceremony includes 2 Padma Vibhushan, 6 Padma Bhushan, and 58 Padma Shri awards. Notable recipients include Alka Yagnik, Rohit Sharma, and R. Madhavan. Out of 131 announced awardees for 2026, the remaining 65 will be honored in the second phase.
