The CBI has arrested the mastermind of the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak case, PV Kulkarni, from Pune. Kulkarni was a chemistry professor and a member of the National Testing Agency's (NTA) exam management team, giving him direct access to the question papers. The arrest followed the interrogation of another accused, Manish Baghmare. Investigations revealed that Kulkarni conducted special coaching for students at his home in April.
