Former Sarpanch Masha Majhi of Birikot Panchayat has been arrested by Adaba police for his involvement in ganja smuggling. During a raid led by the R.Udayagiri SDPO, police seized a Hyundai Venue car, 55 ATM cards, 6 bank passbooks, 5 checkbooks, and 6 land documents from his residence. Majhi is accused of providing shelter to smugglers, facilitating illegal trade, and constructing buildings on government land.
