The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) is concluding its investigation into the mob lynching of Constable Soumya Ranjan. A two-member team has been conducting an intensive probe in Bhubaneswar since November 1, questioning Crime Branch officials, senior police officers, and witnesses. The team also visited the crime spot and recorded over 20 statements.
