A medical team from the Ganjam district health department visited Badakodanda village in Bhanjanagar block following a jaundice outbreak. Six children under the age of 13 were infected, reportedly due to contaminated water consumption. The team, led by Dr. Balunkeshwar Sarangi, collected water samples for testing.
