On the occasion of Snana Purnima in Puri, the deities were brought to the Snana Mandap from the Ratna Mandap via the Pahandi ritual. The deities will be bathed with 108 pots of sacred water. Lord Jagannath will receive 35 pots, Balabhadra 33, Subhadra 22, and Sudarshan 18 pots. Following the ritual, the deities will be adorned in the Gaja Besha (Elephant attire).
