The Madhya Pradesh High Court has delivered a landmark judgment regarding the Bhojshala Temple-Kamal Maula Mosque dispute in Dhar. The bench, comprising Justices Vijay Kumar Shukla and Alok Avasthi, declared the site as the temple of Goddess Saraswati (Vagdevi), rejecting the claims of the Muslim side. The court suggested that the Muslim community could approach the state government for separate land allocation for a mosque.
