Police in Korei, Jajpur have arrested an impostor named Abinash Sahoo who posed as a Divisional Forest Officer (DFO). He allegedly cheated a woman of ₹1.40 lakh by promising to release her son from jail. The accused used AI-edited photos featuring himself with senior police officials and politicians to gain people's trust. After taking the money, he threatened the woman when she demanded results.
