The CBI conducted raids at six locations across Chandigarh, Panchkula, and Delhi-NCR in connection with a Rs 661 crore fraud involving the misappropriation of government funds. The investigation focuses on the misuse of funds deposited in IDFC First Bank and AU Finance Bank by officials from eight Haryana government departments and two Chandigarh administration departments.
