A speeding heavy truck (Hiwa) dragged a car for nearly 500 meters on the Kuakhai bridge in Bhubaneswar late at night. The occupants, Subrat Patnaik and his niece Adyasha, narrowly escaped with minor injuries. Two PCR vans chased the truck and managed to stop it near Pahala by blocking the road with the help of another truck.
