The Crime Branch has arrested the main accused, Ranjit Patra, in the Soumya Ranjan murder case from Cuttack. Ranjit allegedly attacked Soumya with a wooden plank and tied his limbs. With this arrest, a total of 13 people have been apprehended so far. Investigations revealed that the incident escalated after a road accident involving Soumya and two girls.
