An ASI and a constable of Jharpokharia police station in Mayurbhanj district have been suspended by SP Varun Guntupalli for allegedly aiding a high-profile cattle smuggler, Uttam Dandapat. The smuggler managed to escape during 'Operation White Horse' after receiving prior information about the raid.
