A body of an unidentified woman was found partially buried in the sand of the Kathajodi riverbank in Barang, Cuttack. Local residents discovered the body and alerted the police. It is suspected that she was murdered and subsequently buried to hide the crime. Some parts of the body were also found in a partially burnt state.
