Punjab has reaffirmed its stance before the Ravi and Beas Water Tribunal, stating it cannot share additional water with Haryana and Rajasthan as they are not basin states. Punjab officials argued that only Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, and Jammu & Kashmir fall within the river basin area.
