A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Karnataka High Court seeking a stay on the indefinite transport workers' strike scheduled for May 20. The petitioner, Sridhar, argued that the strike is illegal as KESMA is in effect until June 30 and conciliation proceedings are still ongoing.
