Former TMC councillor Sushanta Ghosh, who was absconding in a corruption case, has been arrested by Kolkata STF from Pipili area in Puri. He is accused of operating an organized racket that extorted approximately 2 to 3 crore rupees from street hawkers by promising them stalls.
