A security inspector of MCL Orient Sub-Area in Brajarajnagar, Jharsuguda district, was caught red-handed by the CBI while accepting a bribe of ₹5,000. The inspector, Banshiram, had allegedly demanded the money from a security guard to allow him to work on a Sunday rotation. Following a complaint filed with the CBI office in Bhubaneswar, a trap was laid and the officer was apprehended during the transaction.
