A 23-year-old woman in Bhubaneswar was allegedly raped in a hotel in Pipili by a man named Himanshu Samal, alias Jitu, who posed as a police officer. The victim approached him for help regarding a financial fraud case. Exploiting the situation, the accused took her to a hotel under the pretext of filing a complaint and sexually assaulted her. Dhauli police registered the case and arrested the accused from Jajpur district.
