Bhubaneswar police arrested a 26-year-old man named Baroda Sudhir from Visakhapatnam for posing as an IAS officer and Sub-Collector. The accused cheated a Ray-Ban showroom in Saheed Nagar by purchasing sunglasses worth ₹42,000 using a fake NEFT payment screenshot. When employees questioned the payment, he intimidated them using his fake official status. Following a complaint, police tracked him to Rajmahal Square and recovered the items.
