Balrampur Collector Chandan Sanjay Tripathi has formed district and block-level committees for the effective implementation of the 'Sughghar Chhattisgarh' campaign. The primary goal is 100% saturation of 31 welfare schemes. A baseline survey will be conducted at the gram panchayat level from July 10 to 31, 2026. The district committee will be chaired by the Collector, while SDMs will lead block-level committees. Training begins on July 1, followed by data entry and gap analysis from August 1 to 10. The final report is due to the district office by August 11, 2026.
