The Bhubaneswar Development Authority (BDA) has announced four new Town Planning (TP) schemes (TP No. 42-45) covering 968.75 acres in Bhubaneswar. Aimed at planned urbanization under the 'Samrudha Sahar' initiative, the projects involve mouzas like Patrapada, Bhagabanpur, and Bijipur. Using a land-pooling model, owners contribute 40% of their land for infrastructure and receive 60% back as developed plots.
