The Punjab and Haryana High Court is set to hear a case involving SAD leader Bikram Majithia regarding an FIR registered at Majitha Police Station. Majithia is accused of forcibly entering the station to release a suspect and misbehaving with officers. Following the incident, the Punjab government removed the Amritsar Rural SSP, and the police issued a Lookout Circular (LOC) against Majithia. Raids were conducted at multiple locations in Amritsar and Chandigarh after he went missing.
