Under the 'War Against Drugs' campaign, Moga Police registered 160 cases and arrested 223 individuals in June. SSP Sartaj Singh Chahal reported the seizure of heroin, opium, 30kg poppy husk, and 4483 intoxicating tablets under the NDPS Act. Additionally, 20 cases of illegal liquor and 3 cases under the Arms Act were registered, leading to the recovery of pistols and cash.
