A stray dog attack in Silimi village under Gudari block of Rayagada district left three people injured, including two minors. The victims, identified as Kirtana Sabar, Kiran Jagaranga, and Saranga Sabar, were rushed to Gudari hospital for treatment. Dr. Kashinath Bishoi administered initial aid and anti-rabies vaccinations.
