The 8th foundation day and anniversary of the famous Cheti Durga Temple in Shahid Tola, Naugachia, was celebrated with religious fervor. The event featured special Abhishek, Vedic chanting, and a mass recitation of Sunderkand by local women. A grand Bhajan Sandhya was organized in the evening where singers performed devotional songs dedicated to Goddess Durga, Lord Shiva, and Lord Hanuman. Temple priest Pandit Ajit Pandey shared that 41 kg of laddoos, along with fruits and chocolates, were distributed as prasad.
