Legendary Indian shooter and high-performance coach Jaspal Rana has passed away at the age of 49 in a Delhi hospital. Rana, who coached Olympic star Manu Bhaker, fell ill while returning to India after the Munich Shooting World Cup. During his illustrious career, he won 4 Asian Games gold medals and 9 Commonwealth Games gold medals. He was also a junior world champion in 1994.
