Former Chief Secretary and retired IAS officer Pradeep Kumar Jena has resigned from the post of Chairman of the Odisha Electricity Regulatory Commission (OERC), citing personal reasons. The Governor of Odisha has accepted his resignation, which was notified by the Department of Energy. He is permitted to relinquish his duties effective from May 25, 2026.
