Two tragic incidents occurred in the Soso police station area of Keonjhar. A 9-year-old class 4 student committed suicide by consuming poison after a quarrel with his father. In another incident, a 2-year-old child drowned in an artificial pond created by a burst pipeline. Both were declared dead at Anandapur Sub-divisional Hospital.
