The Delhi Police Special Cell has busted a major terror module linked to Pakistan's ISI, arresting four individuals from Punjab. Operating under the instructions of ISI handler Shahzad Bhatti, the group planned to carry out terror attacks in Delhi-NCR. Investigations revealed they used foreign phone numbers and drones to smuggle weapons and narcotics across the border. One of the accused, Gaganpreet, was tasked with conducting recce of police stations and religious sites in Delhi.
