Senior BJD Rajya Sabha MP Debashish Samantaray has resigned from the primary membership of the Biju Janata Dal. In his resignation letter to BJD President Naveen Patnaik, Samantaray expressed that he felt humiliated within the party and felt his services were no longer required.
