## **WE ARE HIRING** ### **FIELD EXECUTIVES** Join our team and play a key role in onboarding and activating merchants for an exciting **recording-based project**. If you enjoy field work, coordination, and achieving targets, this opportunity is for you! --- ### **🔹 POSITION OVERVIEW** As a Field Executive, you will be responsible for **end-to-end merchant onboarding and activation**, ensuring all project requirements are met smoothly and efficiently. A merchant is considered **successfully activated only after completing all required steps**, including the recording criteria. --- ### **🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Identify and onboard new merchants * Guide merchants through the **activation process** * Ensure compliance with all **project requirements** * Coordinate closely with merchants for **successful recording completion** * Monitor and support merchants to achieve **minimum recording targets** * Maintain daily reports and updates --- ### **🔹 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA** * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in the field and meet targets * Basic understanding of mobile apps/technology * **Preferred Languages:** English, Hindi, and Regional Language --- ### **🔹 COMPENSATION STRUCTURE** | Component | Amount | | ---------------- | ------- | | Fixed Salary | ₹23,000 | | Travel Allowance | ₹5,000 | --- ### **🔹 TERMS & CONDITIONS** * If activations are **below 100**: * Fixed pay will be **₹150 per activation** * **No incentives or travel allowance applicable** * Incentives (if applicable): * **₹50 per activation** * Travel Allowance: * ₹5,000 for **full attendance** * ₹100 per day (if attendance is not full) --- ### **🔹 EARNING POTENTIAL** 💰 **Up to ₹28,000 – ₹30,000 per month** (Based on performance and attendance) --- ### **⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE** Field Executive payout eligibility begins **only after the merchant completes a minimum of 10 hours of recording within the first week** Locations: Bangalore 40 Delhi 50 Mumbai 30 Hyderabad 20 Chennai 20 Pune 20 Contact 9490468939 #jobs
