Hamza Burhan, also known as Arjumand Gulzar Dar and the mastermind behind the 2019 Pulwama terror attack, has been shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Muzaffarabad, PoK. Burhan, a native of Kashmir, was instrumental in the suicide attack that killed over 40 CRPF personnel. He was declared a designated terrorist by the Indian Home Ministry in 2022.
