A 20-year-old youth named Dinabandhu Kapat was arrested for allegedly raping a 15-year-old minor girl in Soda village under Lefripada block of Sundargarh district. The incident occurred on Sunday afternoon when the victim went to collect mangoes. The accused lured her on the pretext of help and committed the crime at a nearby Anganwadi center veranda.
