Police in Balangir's Puitala have detained a 40-year-old man named Partha Mugri for allegedly misbehaving with a minor boy from his neighborhood. The accused reportedly lured the boy to his house on various pretexts and threatened him not to disclose the incidents. The matter came to light when the minor informed his family on Friday, following which they caught the accused and handed him over to the police.
