A minor girl was allegedly gang-raped in the Lahunipada area of Sundargarh district. The incident occurred late at night on the 28th when the girl and her friend went outside. Two youths threatened them with weapons and abducted the victim to a nearby school, while her friend managed to escape. Based on a family complaint, police have detained one suspect, Tanmaya Munda, and are searching for another who fled the scene.
