The market survey for the proposed 'New City' project in Bhubaneswar has been completed by Singapore-based Surbana Jurong Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. A consultative meeting chaired by Additional Chief Secretary Usha Padhi discussed the master plan for the 800-acre project spanning Gothapatna, Malipada, and Dasapur. Designed as a transit-oriented modern city, it will feature innovation hubs, data centers, and MICE facilities.
