The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has successfully extradited and arrested Iqbal Singh alias 'Shera', a narco-terrorist associated with Hizbul Mujahideen, from Portugal. Shera, a key conspirator in a major terror funding case, had fled to Portugal in 2020.
